About Venue
Britain's original Rock'n'Roll hotel, The Pelirocco prides itself on throwing a great party- while consistently reaching high levels of customer service and professionalism. We cater for groups, large or small, who are looking for a creative and cool space to combine work and relaxation. We can help by providing AV equipment, refreshments, meals, and over night accommodation. Based in central Brighton, in quiet Regency Square you can enjoy the buzz of the city, without the noise of the city (bar a couple of seagulls!)
We are perfectly positioned opposite the Brighton i360 and beach, and close to many excellent restaurants and bars.
We also regularly host Christmas parties, product launches, working breaks for companies looking for a fresh space to get together, and also provide business travellers with comfortable accommodation while they are on the road. We are warm, friendly and have years of expertise to ensure you hit the balance of work, and much needed relaxation.
There is secure parking close by, and Brighton Railway Station is a short distance away.

Hotel Pelirocco isn’t just a hotel – it’s a full-blown rock’n’roll experience. Every room is bold, cheeky, wildly creative and packed with personality. Zero beige. Maximum vibe. The staff? Absolute legends. Warm, relaxed, effortlessly cool – they make you feel like part of the scene from the second you walk in. The drinks? Dangerously good. Creative, perfectly mixed, and way too easy to say yes to. The breakfast? Next level. Fresh, high-quality, and anything but your standard hotel spread. Great location near the seafront – but honestly, you won’t want to leave. Loud. Fun. Unforgettable. I’ll be back.

As our first stay at The Pelirocco we weren't up to scratch with all the rooms and themes so we chose the first that came up on a certain site. Although the room was compact it was more than adequate for us 'little people'. The Leigh Bowery isn't recommended for tall folks! And although there's a lift the staircase needs to be seen. The other highlight, apart from the fab decor, is the attentive staff and Alice was our welcoming contact who couldn't have assisted more with our parking issues. Thanks again. Highly recommend the Pelirocco if you want your digs to be an integral part of the whole cool Brighton experience. Superb location too. See you again Pelirocco Crew

Absolutely amazing! My partner and I have stayed at the hotel multiple times and always had an excellent stay! The rooms are lovely and some are themed. The beds are super comfy and the bath we had was fantastic. The staff are very attentive and help you with any queries. The hotel is only a 15min walk away from the lanes and the pier. There are shops and a couple of pubs and restaurants right around the corner which is very convenient. Overall fantastic hotel and staff.

we was asking a menu to be done every day but we find it is not the same we asked. Also, room not wide enough for training. The host is smiley, helpful

We were extremely uncomfortable staying here as a family. The hotel should make it much clearer that some of the rooms and the overall atmosphere are heavily adult-themed. There were inappropriate signs and sexual references throughout the hotel, including messages encouraging guests to send their “best bed pose” photos, which we found completely unsuitable while travelling with our daughter. The experience made us feel so uneasy that we ended up changing hotels in the middle of the night, which was stressful and upsetting for all of us. This hotel may suit adults looking for a quirky or erotic-themed experience, but we absolutely would not recommend it for families.
