Cancellation policy
25% of the total booking value must be paid in advance to confirm booking. Please note the 25% deposit is non-refundable at time of booking. We require full payment at least 21 days prior to the event or we reserve the right to cancel. Our cancellation policy is 2 weeks prior to the event date; any amendments after this time must still meet the agreed spend/ total cost. All pre-orders & final numbers must be received 2 weeks prior to your event date. Whilst we will use our best endeavours after this cut off time to accommodate any extra guests or requirements, we will not be able to guarantee first choice in pre-ordered options.

I don't know about other but I can talk from my experiences... I will not say that the drinks are not genuine, they open the bottle in front of you so you can see that is the original drink even when they do the cocktail or simple mixers... Staff in my opinion is ok even when they have to deal with people who maybe consume a little bit to much of anything....at least with me they were polite at the bar and in general in the club , security wise they do good job but that it doesn't mean that you should leave your drink unattended... So for me and my friend was a good place to spend time ... no problems yet and I hope not to soon ... My poison is double jack with coke or double rum with coke ... so I find it quite cheap compared with other places what are 10 times less qualitative.... So have fun ,consume responsible and enjoy !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had such a great night at Pryzm Brighton! 🎉 The venue is huge with different rooms playing all kinds of music, so there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere was lively, the sound and lighting were amazing, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout the night. Drinks were served quickly even when it was busy, and the whole place felt well-organised and safe. Perfect spot for a big night out with friends – will definitely be back! 🙌 special mention to the manager Karl for looking after us.

I had a fun experience here. The music was very loud, mostly mainstream. If you listen to a lot of US/UK music, you will recognize it. The entry fee after 12 pm was £8.5, not including drinks, I think. They check IDs very thoroughly here. The first time, they checked manually by hand, then they checked again with a machine, so the queue was very long. I recommend you prepare with a small bag because there is no place to store belongings here, so you have to take care of your own things. But overall, it was quite fun. The photobooth costs £5, which I thought was not worth it because the photos were taken very quickly. We had to take the photos again a second time.

I’ve come here multiple times and it is great inside but the security always does something wrong there was a male security who was searching my bag and everything was fine until he took out my cologne and smashed it on the ground saying I can’t take it inside. We also had to pay 2 times to get into the event even though we bought the tickets online on your website. It just makes me sad to see such bad service at such a great club with community. Very disappointed
