Welcome to Barbara’s Bier Haus Bristol, the ultimate Bavarian-inspired party destination in the heart of the city. Located in The South Buildings on Millennium Square, just a stone’s throw from the river, our venue captures the essence of an après-ski bar, delivering seriously good music and (un)seriously good fun every day.

Spread over two floors, Barbara’s Bier Haus boasts three distinct spaces: Bar 1, Bar 2, and a private Karaoke Room. Whether you're planning a corporate event, birthday celebration, or a festive gathering, our versatile venue can accommodate your needs. We offer flexible options for both intimate gatherings and large-scale events.

Welcome to Bar 2 at Barbara’s Bier Haus – the party level where things really kick off. Sitting pretty on the first floor, this space is made for bigger bashes and full-throttle fun. With plenty of seating, a dancefloor, DJ booth, and its own bar, it’s the ultimate spot for celebrations that go all night. Snap a selfie in our iconic ski lift (it’s basically tradition), and take things up a notch with access to your very own karaoke room – which can be included with your hire. Whether it's a birthday blowout, staff party or corporate event. This is Bar 2. This is party at its peak.

Our cancellation policy is 2 weeks prior to the event date; any amendments after this time must still meet the agreed spend/ total cost, please note your 25% deposit is non- refundable at time of booking.

What an unforgettable night at Barbara’s Bier Haus in Bristol! The atmosphere was absolutely electric – good vibes, great music, and an energy that kept us dancing all night long until we were completely exhausted (in the best way!). We were blown away by the vibrant live band and top-notch DJs who kept the party going non-stop. The staff were incredibly professional yet so fun – serving everyone with a smile while creating an unforgettable experience. Shoutout to the amazing crew standing on the bar with flares – what a show! 🔥 We’ll definitely be coming back to Bristol, and Barbara’s Bier Haus will 100% be part of our nights out again. Great place with great atmosphere. Claire who organises the events is super friendly and really knows how to look after the customers. I love the "toilet disco" and the coziness of the place in general. The light, the flowers, the wall paintings give this place a great vibe. Very clean and tidy inside. Food is great too!

Went to Barbara’s Bier Haus Bristol Saturday night, was doing karaoke when one of the staff members (pictured below) thought it would be a good idea (during her shift) to skip everyone else’s songs and sing the same song that had just been done - in her own words “I’m going to do it better”. She then proceeded to stand in front of the tablet to stop anyone queuing their own songs, hogging the karaoke stage. She was extremely rude, and multiple members of our party were not drinking either and found her behaviour disgusting. Don’t think staff who are being paid to be there should be able to be rude, and stop paying customers from having a good time? Ruined the vibe for the whole of the karaoke room. Such a shame because the entire venue and overall vibe is amazing, was just ruined by one disgusting staff member who is letting your company down. Poor behaviour.
