The distillery is a multi-faceted space, offering a range of different rooms, experiences, and packages for all your personal and professional needs.

THE BOARDROOM
AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
A private room perfect for all corporate needs. Seating for 20, there is a wall-mounted 65” flat screen TV, HDMI, and phono connections for all audio, and visual requirements. The room has its own sound system with independent controls for the group to control. The room is available from 8 am onwards.

An Unforgettable Evening of Rum Making! I booked this experience as a Father’s Day gift for my dad, and it couldn’t have been more perfect—he had an amazing time! Callie was absolutely fantastic: warm, knowledgeable, and full of energy. She really brought the whole evening to life and made it so much fun. The cocktails she made were delicious and a real highlight of the night. We both left with big smiles and great memories. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun and unique night out!

We had the best time at Rum school! Callie was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone became friends and the cocktails were great. We'd 1000% recommend and would definitely do again. Can't wait to try our coffee based concoction when it's ready. We had a drink at the bar as we were early and all the staff were spot on. Thank you for a great afternoon
