Booked this hotel the night before flying from Bristol airport. Staff were friendly and efficient and check in was quick and easy. The room we had was clean and very comfortable. I also booked car parking for the week with shuttle transfer to the airport, for some reason it wasn't available at 4am the following morning, but without even asking they arranged a complementary taxi to take us, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. pick up from the airport was just as efficient, just a call to the driver and ten minutes later he arrived to take us back to our car. Just couldn't find fault with this hotel or any of there staff.

Can we share some love and appreciation for Ged?! What a lovely warm welcome I had, he was super friendly, helped me with my room booking and parking and was an overall genuinely top bloke. Id hire him on the spot but he is far too friendly and intelligent to work in property :)

Used this hotel the night before flying from Bristol airport. Staff were friendly and pleasant and check in was quick. Room was clean and comfortable. My wife and I gad an evening meal was was very good value for money. Again the staff were excellent. Only thing I could say I wasn't ha8about was I had booked parking for the car for a week and it was wasn't clear on booking that the shuttle service to the airport came with an additional cost. That aside the service was great and they met us at the airport on arrival when we landed back home.

Great night stay here before going to the airport. Arrived at reception and the receptionist saying can we wait 10 minutes as she was booking a couple in that was sat across the way. So we went through to the restaurant and ordered our food, while waiting I went back to reception and was booked in. Friendly staff, lovely cosy and well equipped room. Food in the restaurant was very nice too. Great quiet night.

Can't fault the location as it is very close to the airport, however our stay on 25 July was utterly awful. The rooms do not have openable windows and our AC was broken, and with a family sharing a room it became unbearably hot and sweaty... we didn't sleep a wink so left early for our flight and chose to hang about in the airport for a few hours instead. Dreadful start to our holiday as we were utterly exhausted so effectively lost the first day. We've never received a refund, despite this being promised by the reception team when we checked out (apparently we were not the first to complain!).
