Paintworks Event Space is a large, versatile, blank-canvas venue in the heart of Bristol's creative Quarter, Paintworks. Perfect for Conferences, Product Launches, Awards, Away days, Weddings, Parties, Exhibitions, Photo shoots, Filming, Car Launches and Fairs.
Our industrial style venue is available for half day or full day bookings, and includes 2 fantastic adjoining outside courtyards, which can be used for receptions and fresh air breaks. We have a level loading bay right by our back doors to make event set up and de-rig as easy as possible and we have phase 2 and phase 3 power sources, as well as tonnes of standard sockets.
Our hire fees include venue furniture, venue staff, sound system, festoon lighting, high strength wi-fi, static screen, power and heating.
We have in-house caterers that can provide whatever you are looking for to make your event super special, they work with local produce and source sustainably.

June 2024I visited here as a wedding guest and it's beautiful. They have some lovely ways to use the space, it looked airy, floaty and spacious. The bar was probably the one thing that I'd say that wasnt perfect. Its quite small and does have an ale and a lager on tap but the rest is bottles brought in eg 2litres of pop for soft drinks. No idea on the pricing, couldnt hear but they did take both cash and card. They only had one tablet to work as a till so that seemed to be what was causing the slowness at the bar but it certainly didnt detract from the evening its just a point of note. Parking was not far away, the signs said 180 mins of parking only which was a shame as it put a limit on how long we could stay for the wedding evening do. Perhaps if they have weddings they could extend this so that you dont have to make an early exit.
