About Venue
The Cambridge business centre offers a superb professional environment set in a prominent four-storey office building in the heart of the university city of Cambridge. With its glass exterior, the offices enjoy plenty of natural light and superb views.
The interior is decorated in a fresh modern style. Cambridge has a strong private sector with a highly qualified workforce and large numbers of knowledge workers employed in professions such as accountancy and law. The university has had an enormous impact on the development of the city, both through providing direct employment and as a driver for scientific research.
Close to the city is a network of science parks known as Silicon Fen. This is a place where leading international technology companies are developing ground-breaking research and products, putting Cambridge on the map as a global centre for innovation in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and IT sectors.
The space is 6 sqm.

Had a great experience at Regus East Road. The meeting room was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our needs. Staff were friendly, professional, and made everything run smoothly. Highly recommend for any business meetings!

I’ve worked in this building for a few years now, and during that time I’ve seen a lot of positive changes. Since the new management team took over, things have been much more consistent and well organised . They’re approachable, proactive, and always willing to help, nothing ever seems too much trouble for them. Recently, they’ve upgraded the break areas and made several other improvements around the building, which have really enhanced the overall environment and the security of the car park/bike storage. Just this morning, they planted up the large planters at the front of the building, which look fantastic and give the entrance a really fresh and welcoming feel almost like you’re walking into a spa! Overall, I’m really pleased with how the building is being managed now. It’s a comfortable, well-maintained place to work, and the team are a credit to Regus.

What an amazing little building this was to visit. I needed a space for the afternoon to catchup on some calls and emails, and was so happy to see there was a Regus within walking distance from the train station. The building is lovely inside with great bits of Cambridge charm and quirk. The reception team were very attentive and friendly. I use many Regus lounges and this has gotta be one of the best ones I have been to. Very clean, modern and lots of options for lounge users.

This is absolutely unworthy of Regus. The female staff member in charge of this Lounge fails to enforce even the most basic Regus rules and standards of conduct. The first rule of any shared workspace is silence. If there are people speaking loudly or conducting job interviews, it is her direct responsibility to intervene. Yet here, not only did she fail to intervene, she also ignored a woman who was loudly and disrespectfully conducting a job interview. As a result, guests are left to confront one another, unnecessary tensions arise, and the working environment descends into chaos. We ourselves had to place a “quiet please” sign on the table of the woman shouting through her interview. The staff member then removed this sign – which should in fact be displayed on the wall – showing clearly that she neither cares about the rules nor upholds them, and perhaps even protects acquaintances. For an international organisation such as Regus, it is unacceptable to fail at maintaining such a basic level of discipline. Our expectation from Regus management is clear: either replace this staff member or provide her with serious training. The Lounge is not a venue for job interviews, and such behaviour must not be tolerated. We pay Regus significant sums every year. In return, our most fundamental expectation is a quiet, orderly, and professional working environment. If even this basic standard cannot be upheld, the reputation and credibility of the Regus brand will be severely undermined.
