January 2025We loved our first visit to the Green Man for lunch today. Shown to a great table even though we had not booked. Great to see a good choice of zero alcohol beers for those of us who drive 👏 Menu choices were a hit: my gin cured salmon starter was clean and fresh, and my rump steak 🥩 tasty with the chimicurui sauce. The thick cut fries were a big hit with everyone. I just had room for dessert. Recommend the winter crumble if you like desserts with a lot of seasonal fruit. It wasn't too sweet or heavy. Thank you to the amazing Pedro and team for looking after us like royalty 😊 Highly recommended and we are already planning a return visit despite living 3 counties away 😏

January 2025A lovely village pub with perhaps the warmest welcome in Cambridgeshire. The manager makes time to make his guests feel welcome and comfortable even when the place is busy. Under his guidance the staff do a great job and are very friendly. A good menu with many tasty options. You won’t be disappointed.

December 2024Excellent food. The roast was superb particularly the pork. Will definitely be having that again. All in all it was spectacular. Only gave 1 star less for the food in response to the kids. The kids menu is rather lacklustre in choice and the dessert was advertised as a chocolate brownie which arrived with pumpkin seeds and raspberry sauce on top, which I would of liked, but one of my children was expecting a standard chocolate brownie so missed out on dessert which was a real shame. A few more kids options, nothing fancy, would be very popular.
