December 2024We rented an office in Quad(then Citibase) for 2 years. The service was shocking, there was no hot water for the entire 2 years in the kitchen, they got us lured into a contract with a low rent and kept increasing it by £300 every year and to top it all they charged us £932 for a "end of tenancy cleaning" for an office that didn't need a ny work done. When asked for an itemised invoice the management team didn't respond for months as they knew they cannot justify the bill. We asked them to take it out of our security deposit which they did and 4 months on after moving out of the office space and paying this deposit we are still receiving credit control emails for this money. It appalling that a big company management team is this incompetent. Stay away from renting from this company!
