    Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a decent size with lots of amenities but no air con, Fan provided but still very hot on a 30c day! Bed was comfortable but our sleep was disrupted by a noisy delivery truck parking outside at 5am leaving its refrigeration unit running for an hour until my husband had to go out and tell driver to switch it off!! Obviously not the hotel's fault but being in the city center has its downfalls. Apart from that a lovely stay. Oh and the lift seemed a little hit and miss!!

    Welcome drink voucher (lovely gesture) but only 1 for 1 people. Room was nice, but dark and could do with some maintenance. No plug socket next to the bed, but nit much bother for 1 night. Overall was a pleasant hotel in an easy access area.

    We booked this hotel because it had parking but that was closed when we arrived (no idea why). Only 1 lift was working and it took ages to come. The rooms weren’t cleaned particularly well and some of the furniture needed repairing. Apart from that the breakfast was decent and the staff were nice and helpful. It’s well located for the city.
