Security happily helped me with my pram and 5 week old when the lift would not work properly and we got stuck in it! 2 security gentlemen were fab!

This is my work place, very modern, clean building with an on site coffee shop adjacent to the reception area lovely hot chocolate but quite expensive! More mature lady on reception is lovely very polite and friendly, younger one could do with some customer service skills comes across quite frosty on occasions like she thinks she is above you ,not a great impression to visitors to the building when these are the people that great you.
