A non refundable deposit is required to secure a date, the amount will depend on the type of function, numbers and when the event is booked for CANCELLATIONS – All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the organiser. Cancellation 21 - 31 days or less prior to the function: 50% of potential total bill Cancellation 14 - 21 days or less prior to the function: 75% of potential total bill Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the function: 100% of the potential total bill Charges will be based on provisional numbers booked.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean and had everything I needed including an iron and ironing board! The bed was comfortable, so I enjoyed 3 good nights sleep. There was also an opening window, so fresh air, which makes a nice change. The breakfast was great, had everything I wanted. I was able to leave my car in the car park and walk to the venue I was attending, which was great! But most of all from the first phone call to the moment I left the staff were brilliant and made me feel welcome and were polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff were great and helpful when I told them of the noise in my room. There moved me to another room But.. at night all night there was a bright light on make the room light up. Making it hard to sleep. The room was above the kitchen and kitchen bins Room was big and clean tho the bedside table has a cigarette burn on it.
