Arrived in Manchester on 19 Oct after a 14 hour flight and had the pleasure of meeting a lovely lady at reception. Due to jet lag and timezone differences, I hadn't realize it was too early for check in. Thankfully, this amazing lady managed to secure a spacious room with lovely garden views - something I'm really grateful for during my two weeks stay. Breakfast is consistently delicious British fare and hotel staff are pleasantly friendly. This hotel is a 5-10 mins walking distance to Tesco Express and some excellent Italian/ Greek restaurants. I appreciate the excellent service and especially thank the lady at the reception (sorry I didn't get your name) for the comfortable stay.

A really lovely hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with the hot food being really fresh and hot. Such a big variety to choose from too. And take away Breakfast also an option. Restaurant meals also excellent. Rooms very tidy and clean. A very calm and quiet hotel. Perfect. Will be back for sure.

Can't fault this hotel. Staff all so friendly and helpful, especially the reception, very bubbly conversationwhich is refreshing as many can be miserable. Room was large and well stocked with essentials. One great touch was the fresh milk dispenser in the corridor so no UHT here. Bed comfy and bathroom clean. Shower powerful and hot. Ate in the bar and food was hot and tasty. Had breakfast which was buffet style....hot food was hotel which some hotels fail on.....not here. Would definitely stay here again.

Good overnight stay; convenient/close to airport. Enjoyed having a small single room, as it felt cozy. Couldn’t figure out how to turn the heating off, and as room felt very warm, I had to leave window open all night which seemed to solve that, although it felt a bit of a waste of energy— but I do like a colder room, so might just be me. There was an event on the evening, and as I stayed in a first-floor room, it was a little noisy until 2300ish, but only a concern if you are the lightest of sleepers. You do have to pay for parking on arrival; option for either 12/24hrs at discounted rate with voucher code by reception.

Pleasant stay. Easy to park and pay on consoles in reception( £4 charge). Staff are pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, if a little dry having been out and under the lamps too long. We went down at 9.15 but next time might have an omelette cooked to order.
