Cancellation policy

• More than 180 days prior to commencement of License Period for the Event – 10% of the total event value (to include the licence fee, pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges) • Between 90 and 179 days prior to commencement of License Period for the Event – 25% of the total event value (to include the licence fee, pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges) • Between 30 and 89 days prior to commencement of License Period for the Event – 50% of the total event value (to include the licence fee, pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges) • Between 15 and 29 days prior to commencement of License Period for the Event – 75% of the total event value (to include the licence fee, pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges) • Up to 14 days prior to commencement of License Period for that Event - 100 % of Licence Fee and 100% of pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges.

Must go! Me and my little girl (7) loved it. Play area, planes, gift shop. Great atmosphere with families and plane spotters.

As a plane buff being able to get a guided tour of concorde was amazing. There's a mini park for kids and you can watch the aeroplanes ✈️ landing and taking off. Great 👍
