We had a fantastic experience at the indoor go-karting centre and couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff were friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making it a great experience for the kids. I especially want to highlight Luke, who went above and beyond with my nephew. He was feeling very anxious about driving on his own, but Luke took the time to encourage him, explain everything calmly, and build his confidence. Thanks to Luke’s support, my nephew managed to complete a lap on his own, which was a huge achievement for him. I’d also like to mention Amir, who provided clear and helpful information about the junior academy membership. He explained the benefits really well, and because of his guidance, I decided to purchase the package for my son as a Christmas present. Overall, outstanding service from start to finish — we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to others.

Really disappointed with the overall experience. The booking was for a birthday party for 10 kids. What was great was that the kids enjoyed the go karting and the staff were excellent. What wasn’t great was firstly, the booking process. I thought that I would be able to book the party, confirm the numbers then closer to the time, be able to preorder the meals at the deal price of £9 per child. Not the case. Because I hadn’t booked at the same time online, I couldn’t take advantage of this offer and instead had to pay full menu price. Secondly the party itself. There was no host to help instruct the kids and keep them entertained (usually all kids parties will have one). We had to listen out for instructions over the tannoy and work out where we needed to be. Nor were we given this information at the start. The so-called party package gave us nothing more than a freezing cold party room. This means that my third point is now about value for money. The cost these days for the average children’s party is £30 with food. I might expect to pay more for a gokarting experience but this came in at nearly double…. And for the cold room, lack of a party host, having to pay an extra £40 because we didn’t pre-book meals and no gold party child driving suit, it simply isn’t worth it.
