EndResult community group would like to say a massive thank you to some incredible people who for the last 3 years have organised a Christmas chocolate appeal for our group, Debbie Beswick, Callum, Josh and Sean who’s the general manager of the village Hyde gym & spa. We would also like to thank all staff and the members of Hyde village for supporting us, we collected and distributed the chocolates, biscuits and sweets to Mums and children from a domestic violence hostel and other hostel's, and families in Tameside. The Saxon ward & children's ward at Tameside Hospital. Thank you to each & everyone of you that has made Christmas special for Adults, children & families that wouldn't have got much without your generosity. Your kindness really does make a difference.

Attended Christmas Day at the hotel and it was lovely, the food was amazing! Really tasty. The room looked great too. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be trying some of the other events!

We were sceptical about staying at The Hyde venue as we knew it wasn’t as renovated as its local sites such as the Ashton site. Having recently visited to use the swimming facilities we were met by friendly staff so we decided to book an overnight here due to the low costs. Being regulars at sites such as Manchester’s dokota and the midland we naturally had high standards basing our recommendations off google and trip advisor ratings. I can honestly say after meeting Kai and Kiki at the bar they completed our stay. They were so welcoming and genuine honest people who cared to take the time to speak to you despite their clear busy work schedule. Before meeting them the staff were friendly but did the bare minimum. I feel I need to give a special mention to these two individuals because they go above and beyond what is expected and deserve to be recognised by management and higher as they have staff that exceed their pay grade. What they provided was above and beyond what any of the 5* venues we visit in Manchester City centre and we will return on the back of their hospitality alone. I hope this review allows the recognition they deserve, having started my career in hospitality at the age of 15 I know how hard it is to show care and general interest in clients but they do so in an impeccable manner. Thank you to both, keep doing what you’re doing. God bless, Chelsea and Adam!

Had a great night for my works do at the Christmas event. Food was very tasty and more on my plate than expected. Dessert was to die for and ended up finishing my colleagues 😍😊 There was entertainment with a live singer that sang 80 and 90s tunes with dancers. Later in the evening a guy on sax joined the singer and had the dance floor full throughout the night. Such a great night and will almost certainly be coming back to another event night.

Lovely hotel, good access to the city centre. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I really like the refurbished room, they look much more modern. The staff in the pub were very helpful with my allergies and Scarlet couldn't have done more. Breakfast was nice, lots of options to choose from. There's a Starbucks as well which is fantastic.
