The Botanist Chester, Exclusive Hire

An almost secret star! We were looking for a late dinner, and had been disappointed at closed kitchens in a couple of places - luckily the kitchen is open until 10pm at the Botanist. It’s a beautiful building inside, with lots of little areas tucked around corners, including a charming outside area. The menu is great - I was very happy with my falafel goodness bowl, which was tasty and just the right portion size. The waitress (whose name I didn’t get alas! But was working 9th July in the evening) was really sweet & helpful, the perfect hostess. I’ll definitely come again next time I’m in the area - I heartily recommend a visit.

Amazing cocktails, watching the mixologists was a show! Food was amazing too, great selection. Booked online really easily and had a great night. Atmosphere was very enjoyable, and live music added to the atmosphere.
