I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept—everything I needed for a relaxing visit. What stood out most, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely eager to make sure everything went smoothly.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Right opposite the beach. Rooms were modern and beautifully decorated and had everything you needed. Breakfast was lovely. A big selection to choose from. We paid £350 for 3 nights including breakfast. 2 people in mid august. So great pricing. Staff were very friendly, always saying hi and asking how we are. Would definitely go back.

After a very stressful evening, I was lucky enough to get a room here even though it was quite late. The member of staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, and kindly showed us to our room. The room itself was a great size, with a lovely balcony and sea view. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole place had a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

I don’t know how it became the Beach hotel of the year. It is not even on a beach.I had the misconception from their advertisement that it is right on the beach. It is actually on the main road and very noisy. You can see the sea from the balcony and from the window at a distance. They had great problem locating my reservation which was paid a few months ago. OYO completely denied my booking and refused to give me the phone number of their Newquay hotel. I had to find the number from an email which said, “your room is reserved. Pay £2030. I was shocked because it was all paid for already. Anyway, reception at the Newquay hotel told me it was scan. I paid for champagne on arrival for both of us. Instead we got only one glass on the day we were leaving. Rooms are too small for my liking but breakfast was really good. Best are the guys at the reception looking after us . extremely polite and made a nice cot bed for our child.

It's a very deceitful hotel, with glamourised Images.The standard was very, very poor. It's a dirty hotel and the bed was very disgusting and dirty. Furthermore, I and my partner just walked out and booked at travelodge up the road. I would advise everyone not to choose this hotel. I gave it the benefit of doubt as they can be mixed reviews from other people. I wish I had not booked this hotel and don't make the same mistake as I did. The hotel should be not allowed to operate and Newquay Council and trading standards should revoke their licence. As it is off putting to come to Newquay, for a holiday, when you have a rogue company, allowed to establish their business in Cornwall.
