I had the unfortunate experience of viewing an office space a the Lansdowne building with Regis and I must say, it was one of the most frustrating professional encounters I've ever had. From the very beginning, their representation fell short in every conceivable way and their ability to get you in as possible.l was sent a link to view what l want.Upon opening the link means you have entered an agreement with them.That was bizarre and misleading. First and foremost, communication was abysmal. I often found myself waiting days of cancelling any agreement,sometimes even weeks, for responses to my inquiries. When I did receive replies, they were vague and unhelpful, leaving me more confused than before. It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, which is unacceptable in any professional setting. Additionally, the level of expertise displayed by the staff was disappointing. I expected a team of professionals who would guide me through the process, but instead, I felt like I was educating them. Their lack of knowledge about key aspects of my case was alarming and made me question their qualifications. Moreover, the overall most organisations in the building are complaining about their ways of practices. Most offices was empty and tenants are moving out because over charging fees and important documents are misleading to first time tenant.This disarray only added to my frustration and made me feel like my case was not a priority. In the end, I did not feel represented at all. They are not treating me to pay for services l never used or have.My experience with [Regus in Landsdowne building in Croydon] was a lesson learned, and I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and competent office space.Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
