Booked a solo stay here Wednesday night before travelling back to Scotland. I had a wonderful time! My room was clean and extremely comfortable, and with a room in their designated "quiet zone" meant I could get some rest before my travel. They even provided a room fan to combat against the heat, which I didn't even have to request. Every member of staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be staying here on my future trips to Derby!

Really impressed. Staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The place was very clean, and the location is spot on — close to everything but still quiet at night. We stayed in one of the newly upgraded rooms, and it honestly felt like a completely different level — modern, comfortable, and nicely done. Breakfast was also a highlight — fresh, tasty, and plenty of choice. Overall, great value and a great experience. Would happily stay again!

An enjoyable one night stay. Arrived Saturday morning and parked at the rear of the building. I pre-paid the parking charge using the Just Park app. (£8.50 for the duration of my stay). I had breakfast upon my arrival which I paid for. Excellent choices, full English, continental, cereal, fruit, toast and an assortment of hot drinks. Something for everyone, it is replenished regulary and the cooked breakfast was very tasty. When i returned later in the day to check in there was only one member of staff behind the reception desk and they also had to manage the bar. I didn't have to wait long before I was checked in. My room was clean and comfortable and I slept well. The next morning I had breakfast again, this was included in my booking, again it was very nice. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the location of the hotel was excellent for me and I would certainly recommend the establishment to anyone. Thank you.

We stay here often as great location, Cheap Parking 24hr reception Nothing is to much trouble.. Clean Comfortable Beds Breakfast is good and definitely recommend the Coffee!! All the Staff are Polite,Helpful,Approachable
