I haven't been to the Venue yet...soon..but needed help with my tickets, messaged Box Office and they replied promptly advising I ring them, spoke to a young lady Stephanie who gets my 10/10 for customer service, she was soo helpful and friendly! Hope everything else at the venue can match up to her, if so it'll be a brilliant night. Ps isn't it great when you can ring somewhere and speak to a person? 👌

Went to an 80's night recently , first time we've been to Brierley Hill civic hall. It was absolutely brilliant. Big dancefloor, great crowd of people, staff all friendly and helpful, and toilets absolutely spotless - unlike some other places we've visited that made you want to wipe your feet on the way out. They had an really good live band and a disco afterwards, we we're dancing all night. Looking forward to going again!
