Our spaces at Hope City Church are designed for everything from conferences and exhibitions to training sessions and performances. With capacity for up to 500 guests, on-site parking, and tailored in-house catering, we provide everything you need to make your event a success.



The Pentland Room is a versatile space, ideal for meetings, training sessions, seminars, and smaller-scale events. Designed to accommodate up to 80 delegates in a theatre-style layout, the room can also be arranged with tables to suit workshops, networking, and banqueting setups.

It is equipped with a 16-channel mixing desk, optional LED lighting, a high-quality projector, large display, and ceiling-mounted PA system. The room is air-conditioned, comes with Wi-Fi, and offers flexible layouts to support a wide range of event formats.

The venue provides full accessibility with step-free entry, parking, and on-site staff available to provide technical assistance and event support. Catering can be arranged in-house or through external providers to meet the needs of your guests.
