So yes, some of the Hotel is a little tired and could do with an update but what it lacks in mod cons it makes up for in every other area. Food was great, location is stunning and staff, well they were all incredible. Couldn't do enough for us. They were super friendly and above all else, happy!

Beautiful scenic venue where my friend had her Nikkah ceremony using both the outside marquee and indoor Floral Chapel. Rooms: Nice decor, large comfortable beds, the bathrooms were super with large bathtubs and separate shower cubicles! Really lovely..with branded mini toiletries too! Customer service was excellent. Staff were very responsive and accommodating of requests. (To name a few 😉- Adam, Craig, John) Location: Easy to find once you get to Sedgefield. Spacious car parking facilities available. Nice walking paths around the premises especially when the weather is favourable 👍🏾

Nice hotel in beautiful park. Some rooms upstairs a bit dated. Downstairs rooms are much better. Food at bar and restaurant is good but quite pricey. Bar and restaurant serve the same food. Menu quite static if you come here more often.

I have visited here many times throughout my life and it's so wonderful to see it grow. The rooms are lovely and the beds are very comfy. The only reason why I give this hall 3 stars for service is because of something that happened last time we stayed (20th June 2025). As we were returning to our room we heard a dog barking (it was 12am). This was a shock to me as nowhere on their site does it state that dogs are allowed in the rooms. We asked Adam about it and he reinforced that dogs are allowed (although that particular room had not declared a dog but that's besides my point). Fair enough, lots of places we stay in allow dogs. However it was when we asked which rooms don't allow dogs in (for our next visit) we were told that "it doesn't work like that" and they allow dogs in all rooms and they don't deep clean them after they have vacated. I understand hotels have different policies and it's nice that more places are accepting pets. However, please please please make sure you put this on your website. People need to make an informed decision before they book.
