About Venue

We are one of Eastbourne’s largest party venues, with state-of-the-art sound and lighting. We operate after midnight on weekends as a nightclub and diversify across the week with day parties, boxing events, student nights, and private hire for birthdays and celebrations, ranging from 80 to 425 guests. All-inclusive of staffing costs, including bar staff, security, and DJ.

CTRL's Exclusive Hire gives the run of one of Eastbourne's largest party venues, with standing capacity for up to 425 guests and a full nightclub production setup included as standard.

The main floor has a dancefloor, 14 booths seating up to 100 guests, and a full light rig with smoke machine, confetti cannons, CO2 cannons, and laser. Twelve large screens around the space can display your own videos and photos, making it easy to personalise the atmosphere for a birthday, graduation, or celebration. A DJ is provided and can be briefed in advance on the music you want. A balcony bar with seating sits above the main floor, and an outside smoking veranda with seating gives guests a place to step out. A disabled toilet is on-site. Bar staff, security, and the DJ are all included in the hire, so nothing needs to be sourced separately. External catering is welcome if you want to bring food in.
