Cancellation policy
In the event of the cancellation of the Event or any part thereof by the Hirer, for the avoidance of doubt the Council shall be entitled to (i) retain all payments made or owing to the Council by the Hirer in terms of the Agreement if the Event is cancelled within 21 days of the Get In Time; (ii) retain 75% of all payments made or owing to the Council by the Hirer in terms of the Agreement if the Event is cancelled within 8 weeks of the Get In Time; and (iii) retain 50% of all payments made or owing to the Council by the Hirer in terms of the Agreement if the Event is cancelled more than 8 weeks before the Get In Time.

May 2025Really nice venue. Not been here in over 40 years, last time for a record fair in the 80's. Although the seats are level, the stage is high enough that you can see it all. The cans of wine from the bar were disgusting!
