We Americans love our air conditioning. I was overjoyed to open our room door and feel the a/c blasting. It felt like heaven after a 10 days of no a/c. The rooms were fantastic - clean and new. The hotel had plenty of free parking. And a great view of the bridge! Highly recommend.

Booked a table for a family get together. Mid afternoon meal. Food was really good. David catered for our every need. Just a pity we had to deal with a rude female member of staff who didn’t really care what, who or why we were there and even gave insulting gestures behind my back when I asked for the bill due to the long wait while she chatted to kitchen team. Shame as it was nearly a worthwhile visit.

After choosing this hotel because of its many reviews stating it was clean - imagine my disappointment to show up and be given a room that was in terrible condition. We were in room 319 and it was terribly smelly, almost like musty mildew or mold. It had more than one obvious stain on the carpeting, and the carpeting was actually separated and coming up from the flooring in the walkway area. There was a massive stain on the side of the bed (bodily fluid perhaps?) and hairs on the bed. The flooring looked like it had not even been vacuumed. The bathroom was also smelly, but at least for that we could just shut the door. The positives are the location and on site parking, but it’s not worth the sacrifice of cleanliness. Do not stay here if cleanliness is a factor for you.
