Well orhanised, helpful staff. Clean, and alot of toilets Cafe where uou can get a great cup of coffee and something to eat. Seats whete tight and leg room but was comfortable for the time for the show. Can order drinks and snacks for yhe interval so you dont have to wait which works very well. Lovely atmospher would definitely go again.

Came to see The Snow Queen at the end of November. Gorgeous building with beautiful architecture inside. Excellent customer service from staff and ice cream was also offered during the half time intermission!

Fabulous performance. Great acoustics. The staff were so welcoming and kind to my little girl. The queues were very well managed. A nice space to get a drink/cake before the show also. Toilets were clean. The seating we had was very close to the stage and we had a great view. The orchestra was wonderful and the sound was great in the space. The ballet was very enjoyable too, and to a very high standard. We loved the costumes and also the kids that were in the ballet. Very easy to get an Uber from afterwards too. Well done everyone, we'll be back!

Really nice theatre, we've seen dozens of shows here and enjoyed every one of them. Having said that, during the last ballet we were at, others in the audience rustling sweet papers, and talking to their kids during the performance, were really irritating. We realise we were at a matinee show, but having paid £100+ for tickets, we really wanted to be entertained by those on the stage, not by some selfish parents in the audience. Going by the reactions of others, I'm sure we're not the only ones who would appreciate a ban on eating and drinking during shows, and a wee bit of consideration from said parents.
