Forth Floor, New Bar

Amazing views from the terrace, definitely worth a visit. Decent food and drinks considering the location and price, and a pleasant atmosphere, enough space between tables to have a private/business conversation without disturbance. On my last visit (out of 8), they served us a chocolate with spoilt cream on top, but that's never happened before. More importantly, and this has been the same across ALL of my visits, despite the (too) many staff they have, getting presence/attention of a waiter is very difficult, they always seem to be looking away, never looking out to where they can help, and you see plenty of customers struggling to get further things ordered. On top of that, the average wait time to get a bill from when you ask is about 15 minutes across my last 3 visits this year. I have now learned to ask in advance but for a place that's aiming to be above average, I would say that's very disrespectful of customers' other time commitments - concerts, business meetings, parking expiry etc. The two men who seem to be running the place are the best out of the staff, but their team's inattentiveness and effort that goes into looking busy, rather than actually doing the work, is bringing the whole place down. To complete my excrement sandwich, the ladies at the front desk welcoming and sitting people down have been great every time!
