SCAM SCAM SCAM! Stay away at all costs! I would give a zero star review if I could! One of the worst mechanics in town! Charged me a £102 for just a diagnostics test and weren’t even able to diagnose the issue with my car properly. The warning light came back on the very same evening I picked the car up from the garage so essentially they had just plugged it in the computer and reset the lights. Then when I phoned in had no empathy or even a sense of responsibility. Asked me to book it in again and which took another week. After rebooking it in they asked me to leave the car with them for a day or two. Still couldn’t manage to diagnose what the problem was and were wild guessing. Then told me to go to the main dealer as they don’t have the right tools to carry the work out. Then proceeded to drive my car for a 100 miles over the time they had it. Which I find is completely ridiculous because in what world do you need to drive a car a 100 miles to find out if the light comes back on. Btw the light still came back on for me the second time around as well within 3-4 miles!! And charged me another £51 on top for virtually and evidently nothing!! One of the worst experiences of my life in terms of car garages are concerned. Won’t recommend to anyone!
