Our first ever visit to a Holiday Inn. I was a little concerned about the reviews I had read. We had a 2 day break and everything about the hotel was top drawer. The room, the food, cleanliness and the friendly staff including our waitress over the two days. Kavya was simply lovely and she went above and beyond when she arranged a 70th birthday plate of ice cream for my partner. So kind of her.

We brought our little boy here and the whole stay was fantastic. The check in staff were friendly and helped us get a travel cot into the room. The room itself was impeccable, breakfast was equally as good with the team going the extra mile to help us with our son’s food allergy. The whole team were outstanding, the value unbeatable and the location perfect. Parking is easy as well. Wholeheartedly recommended and your team is excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better, it’s literally right next to the zoo, which made our visit incredibly convenient and extra special for our child. Being able to walk straight from the hotel to the zoo was such a huge plus. The employees were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially with our child. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel is truly kid-friendly, which made our family trip so much more relaxing and enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was amazing, every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. Our room was nice and clean, very comfortable, and perfect for our family. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely come back!

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was really impressed with the overall experience. It offers excellent value for money, especially considering all the facilities available on-site. There is convenient car parking, a well-maintained gym, a clean swimming pool, plus a nice bar and restaurant, so you have everything you need in one place. The check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff were friendly, polite and happy to assist with any questions. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a cozy bed and a modern bathroom. I also enjoyed spending some time in the gym and by the pool, which were both tidy and not too crowded. In the evening, the bar and restaurant offered a pleasant atmosphere, with food and drinks for extra cost. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for a short stay, whether you are travelling for business or leisure. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for comfort, good facilities and great value.

Updated since our previous stay which is really good. Communal areas upgraded and fresh looking. Room was small but very clean so no complaints. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, can't fault them especially the restaurant staff. Food was nice and reasonably priced. One gripe I do have is why are guests allowed into the restaurant in pyjamas. I can forgive very young children but over 5's and grown adults is not acceptable. Dressing gowns, slippers and pj's. You need to address this as it has let the hotel down. No harm in a NO PYJAMAS at breakfast sign.
