Stayed here with family for a few days prior to attending a wedding. The staff were incredible with great recommendations and overall excellent customer service. There’s no gym onsite so they are partnered with one next door which is very nice. You’re a 15-20 minute walk to most things. Would recommend!

What a phenomenal day! Martina is hands down one of the best people we've met during our wedding preparation. She was always an email away and replied instantly and thoroughly to all our questions and met all our wants so fantastically well. On the day, from morning preparations to the final send-off, our wedding was nothing short of magical at The Glasshouse. Every detail ran like clockwork—no hiccups, no stress, despite multiple variables including different guest requests - just pure celebration. The team anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, the spaces looked breathtaking at every turn, and the flow of the day felt effortless for us and our guests. We’ve lost count of how many friends and family have told us it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever attended. Thank you for giving us a flawless, joy-filled start to our forever! Special thanks to Martina and Megan, it has been an honour meeting such special human beings who spark joy and are so passionate about looking after their clients - we're extremely grateful for everything! Also Chris, we are still raving about your decor skills!

Room was fine and the bed was comfortable. The layout of the hotel is odd and the layout of our room was also strange. The garden area is pleasant enough if you like that sort of thing. Staff were pleasant enough, but I would not consider this a 5-star hotel.

Room smelled awful. Understaffed. Front desk staff inept. New concierge, Dave was absolutely awesome!!! Great recommendations, hard worker , and pleasant compared to the rest. As a lifetime Titanium Elite member I was incredibly disappointed. They were going to make me and my wife carry our 4 bags up and down stairs cause elevator did not come to our floor. Horrible design . Location and Dave only good things about this property.

Very disappointed for an Autograph. How does this qualify as 5*? The small details matter in luxury hotels and this hotel simply couldn’t deliver on even the basics. Frankly this hotel was depressing waste of money. The rooms are dated and the hotel has an awful smell. The patio was covered in bird poo. The only notable benefit is the location, although you can get better quality for less at the Motel One and Courtyard right next door. The service was also bad. Charged twice for breakfast. I booked through AmEx, so breakfast should be included. A complimentary mini bar was also listed. It wasn’t. I also tried arranging for a gift to be left in the room, which they delivered while my parents were in the room. Takes away the surprise element. More annoyingly, I also requested twice for them not to disclose any costs and they ignored those instructions on checkout. My parents also complained about poor service during breakfast - also citing inattentive staff. There are also no spa facilities or gym, and the bar area has no natural light. It’s no better than student accommodation, don’t bother staying here.
