The barn offers country charm and rustic authenticity while also boasting the luxurious modern features and conveniences expected from a premier wedding venue. The sophisticated simplicity of the barn make it a blank canvas and a versatile space to accommodate any wedding.
Maidens Barn is licensed to hold civil ceremonies; you can choose to get married in the Oak Barn Ceremony Room or in a romantic outdoor location underneath the flowering arbour. The vaulted wedding barn is a stunning room in which to hold your ceremony with up to 200 guests. The oak beams and large, bright windows perfectly combine the traditional and the contemporary for a truly special venue.
Maidens Barn is a family-run business and we pride ourselves on our personal, professional and flexible service. With everyone working hard to ensure that your day is perfect for you, you can relax in the knowledge that your day will run smoothly. The in-house catering team has a fantastic reputation for producing delectable dishes using the finest fresh, local produce.
We only hold one wedding per day so not only will the whole venue be yours, but the dedicated team will be focused solely on you.

We had been to several wedding venues but nothing quite compared to Maidens Barn. The venue is so beautiful and we had so many compliments from guests on the day about how it was one of the most stunning venues they had been to. We had an outdoor ceremony and the courtyard was the perfect setting as all the flowers were out and it just looked so pretty. We had Mercedes, Sam, Elliot and Alex on the day and they were all amazing. Nothing was too much to ask and everything went so smoothly. Their upbeat personalities made us all feel at ease and enjoy the day! The food was incredible, from the canapés, wedding breakfast and pizza in the evening. None of the guests went hungry and there was plenty of food to go around! There were lots of canapés and receptions drinks, it didn’t ever feel like they were running out! The meal portions were huge at the wedding breakfast so everybody had full stomachs before the party started! We cannot thank Maidens Barn enough for making our day so special and one we will never forget. We would highly recommend!

Since booking maidens barn 2.5 years ago the team have been absolutely amazing, always amazing communication during the planning to being very attentive on our special day. Alex, Mercedes, Sam and Elliot were absolutely superb along with the rest of team. Maidens barn was the most perfect venue and all our guests said it’s the best wedding venue they have ever been too. The grounds, the honeymoon lodge and the courtyard were stunning. Our special day wouldn’t have been half as perfect without everyone insuring we had everything we needed. Thank you again ❤️

Sam, Alex, Mercedes, Elliott and the rest of the Maidens Barn team are just phenomenal!! Absolutely no stone was left unturned when helping us to plan our big day. Communication from everyone on the team is outstanding, and this made things 10x easier for us in terms of booking things. Without Team Maidens we would not have had the day we wanted! They were even moving chairs and mopping floors 5 minutes before the ceremony after the heavens opened on us! Thank you all for helping to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. Where do we even begin? From the moment we booked, the team at Maidens Barn — Elliott, Sam, Mercedes, and Natalia — were nothing short of amazing. Professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile, they made the entire process feel effortless. No question was ever too much (and I had a lot of them!), and they always responded with patience, warmth, and genuine care. They truly go above and beyond to make sure your day is everything you dreamed of — and more. On our wedding day, everything ran flawlessly. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing — the team had it all under control and made sure every detail was exactly as we’d imagined. Their calm, organised approach made all the difference, and we honestly couldn't fault a thing. The on-site accommodation was beautiful, and waking up the next morning to share breakfast with our families made the experience even more special. Choosing the right venue was so important to us — especially one with a bar close to the dance floor! — and Maidens Barn ticked every box. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the stunning barns, beautiful grounds, delicious food, and incredible staff. Everything was truly 10/10. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. The team at Maidens barn are amazing! Since booking the wedding the communication and planning up to the day has been amazing!! The venue, courtyard and the Honeymoon suite were outstanding. I had a lot of guests commenting on how lovely the venue is and how delicious the meal was.
