Afternoon tea was a great experience. The selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes were varied and sumpious, with the coffee and hot chocolate also enjoyable. Our server, Sammy was amazing. So attentive without being imposing, and so friendly. A lovely person. We have promised ourselves to return for afternoon tea again in November. Highly recommended.

Came here with friends and family to celebrate a big occasion. The host was catered for from guests arrival , to getting ready and the host sealing the big day. The arrangement of the seating , food presentation and execution was really good. I enjoyed my time here and loved the seat up

We can give nothing less than 5 stars. Everything was outstanding. Scott and Aimee's wedding on 27.10.25 will be a day to remember and treasure. Mulberry House did us so proud and I am so glad they chose you as their venue. We felt truly blessed in so many ways. A heartfelt Thankyou. Andrew and Rachel Picton (parents of the bride) xx

Enjoyable afternoon tea experience here - there were about 10 tea varieties you could try, sampled most and they were nice but nothing amazing (although I am not a regular tea drinker so maybe an inexperienced palate). The food was really great, lots of sandwiches, cakes and scones to feast on. Definitely come here hungry! I would probably recommend they tilt the ratio more towards savoury and less sweet & scones as it was just too filling! I think a few more sandwiches instead of extra scones would have been preferable, but we just took the leftovers home. The surrounding grounds are very pleasant on a summer's day too.

Set in amazing grounds with a spectacular lake, Mulberry house is a gorgeous location with adequate parking, friendly staff and lovely rooms. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the only disappointments were a lack of evening meal (but this was known already but the venue would be much better with this option) and the bed was not a true double, but two singles put together which led to an uncomfy nights sleep, but again not a massive issue. Other than that the rooms are stunning and the shower is very decent, the photos show its style (Geranium Room). Thank you to the attentive staff who made it a pleasurable stay!
