Signage not clear on first visit. Ended up on an unoccupied floor i.e. security risk. When arrived at the right reception was instructed to go straight into the meeting room. The person I was to meet was surprised at my knock on the door as he wasn't ready and said that reception were supposed to call through to him when I arrived. These things are easily fixed.
