If there were an option of giving no stars then I would give no star. Big zero. I recently had the unfortunate experience of hosting my son's birthday and daughter's christening party at Ferdowsi Banqueting hall Fetlham, and it was nothing short of a disaster. The owner was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Despite hiring professional caterers for the event, the owner repeatedly interfered, trying to mess up the arrangements. To make matters worse, the owner and his son were visibly drunk throughout the event outside the hall.They displayed shocking behavior, throwing a smoked cigarette and a dirty used tissue into the sink instead of the bin. When our catering team politely asked the owner to dispose of his trash properly, he became hostile and threatened them, claiming that as the owner, he could do whatever he wanted in his hall. The owner's intoxication lasted from noon until the event ended at 11:30 PM, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. None of the hall staff were helpful either; we were left to set up the hall ourselves, adding unnecessary stress to what should have been a joyous occasion. I do not recommend Ferdowsi banqueting hall at Feltham to anyone. We spent a significant amount of money to make our celebration special, but the lack of respect and professionalism from the owner and his staff ruined the experience. Save yourself the trouble and choose a venue where customers are valued and treated with respect.
