The service team at the Cask and Clyde bar was amazing! Attentive and personable, they made us feel so welcomed and at home. As we are from California, this was very important. Benji, Cara and Evie provided information on the drinks as well as the bar menu and the service was quick and easy. They went the extra mile to cater to our needs and we never felt like we were bothering them, no matter how busy the bar got. We loved going back every night of our stay.

Had the most amazing stay here. We stayed in one of the King Suites. The room was amazing...lots of space, comfy bed beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The food was beyond delicious while the cocktails were simply divine. However what made this stay special was the wonderful and friendly staff who went over and above in making our stay special. The staff at the hotel are a credit to Hilton. Faultless and perfect stay which was simply the best hotel experience of my life. From bottom of my heart.. thank you

This hotel is hands off the best place I have been.. & I have been in 5 star hotels. The staff here genuinely hats off they are down to earth warm welcoming and made us feel amazing.. Well the chef is just amazing had everything just to our request & more the detail they put into everything was amazing including the food was delicious 15 out of 10!!! Kara ,Gail, Jordan & all of the staff wore just out of this world. My partner planned to purpose to me they all made it so special down to the little detail including recording we couldn't of wished for better. This place will always hold a place in our hearts and will forever return. Well done everyone highly recommended!!!!

We stayed here for work for a couple of nights. We stay away a lot but this time stood out. After a very long day we were greeted in the bar by a very welcoming staff. All smiles and laughter. One staff member in particular, Gayle, stood out for her warm service and easy going nature. Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay long but I’d be happy to return. Thank you, Gayle & staff!

I had a great stay here! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the common areas felt welcoming and well-maintained. One small downside was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room—it would have been nice to have one for storing water or small snacks. The fitness center exceeded my expectations for a hotel gym, with a wide variety of equipment available. The pool area was also very clean and well-kept, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was a highlight—both the food and service were excellent. A special shoutout to Gayle, who provided outstanding service and really made the morning enjoyable. The hotel’s location was another plus: it’s not in the center of all the hustle and bustle, but still within a short walking distance of local attractions and dining. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location, comfortable stay. Clean bed, sheets and bathroom. LOVED the warm 'welcome cookie' 🍪 That's how it's supposed to be done! Everything was great, except.. we've ordered for cutlery to have food at our room, which never came. Would have appreciated if it was communicated to us, that there was no availability of cutlery at that time, instead of making us wait.
