The recently refurbished Sports Hall has beautiful hardwood floors and a good-sized stage area, half-court sized floor area, built-in fan heaters and sports wall-cladding. Perfect for sports clubs and games, as well as conferences, performances, birthday celebrations and film screenings (only after sunset, as there is no blackout). The stage is equipped with curtains but has no technical stage lighting. External technical equipment, such as lighting or audio, for use on the stage can be brought in upon agreement – please note that the hall has skylights with no blackout. The space has its only toilet, shower and changing facilities, available exclusively to hires within the Sports Hall. These include three non-gendered single-occupancy toilets, an accessible toilet and shower room, and a small changing rooms with two showers and six lockers. Alcohol is permitted if a professional licensed bar service is hired, but must be discussed and agreed in advance.
