Located on a family run farm, The Barn at Upcote has been host to a number of parties, functions and barn dances for the last 40 years. Flexibility, friendliness and a relaxed yet professional atmosphere all come together to provide you with a day that will give you memories to last a lifetime. We aim to help you to create the perfect wedding day, party or conference.
We at The Barn at Upcote want you to decide how you want to use the barns to really make your event as special and unique as possible. We can combine beauty with flexibility on décor so that your event provides wonderful memories for your guests for years to come.
With many different photo opportunities available your photographer will be spoilt for choice! From panoramic views to intimate shots of you and your guests during the day, you are guaranteed a truly stunning photo album.
In the Threshing Barn, we can accommodate up to 100 guests for wedding ceremonies or formal sit down meals. We can accommodate more guests with the addition of a marquee. For summer events you also have the option to use the outdoor seating in warmer weather. After the meal we will have room to accommodate 150 guests for your evening entertainment.

What an amazing venue this is! Beautifully positioned in the rolling countryside and with plenty of space to offer. The layout is perfect as it provides quiet sitting areas in the courtyard and surrounding buildings. The service was flawless from excellent staff. Very highly recommended.

We can’t recommend Upcote Barn highly enough — it was the perfect setting for our wedding. The space is absolutely beautiful and gave us the freedom to add our own personal touches, which made the whole day feel so “us.” The team were incredible from start to finish — so friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. No question was ever too small or too silly, and their quick replies really helped put our minds at ease throughout the planning process. They know weddings inside and out, and it showed in how smoothly everything ran on the day. One lovely surprise was a gorgeous reel they created using images they captured — such a thoughtful touch that brought the day flooding back. The whole team made the day feel effortless and full of joy, and we’re so grateful for everything they did. If you’re looking for a stunning venue with a fantastic team behind it, we’d absolutely recommend Upcote Barn!

If it was possible to give them more stars I would. We had an Anglo-Indian 2 day wedding at the Barn in July, 2025 and could not have imagined a more perfect 2 days. The venue is picturesque- nestled in the Cotswolds, surrounded by gorgeous fields and a stunning secret garden for lovely photos. But what make Upcote exceptional is its team. Alice, Hannah, Amy and Lottie are the most positive, thorough bunch who made the entire process as smooth as possible. Every question was answered promptly, and every request was catered to. They bring so much joy and positivity into the whole process. We are so grateful to Upcote and the whole team for helping us pull off our dream wedding!
