Jodie was an absolute standout - honestly, without her, I don’t think this would be a five-star review. The food took a while to come out, but Jodie more than made up for it. She was there from morning until late at night when we finally turned in, and yet her energy, professionalism, and warmth never faded. Her service was genuinely impeccable - smiling, attentive, and just perfect in every way. She’s an absolute godsend to the place. Truly incredible. Thank you, Jodie!

Stayed here for 2 nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast deal with the use of Spa facilities. Very enjoyable and great food and service in the restaurant. Bella who served us dinner was especially nice and made sure we were well looked after. Very nice room overlooking the golf course. We will definitely be back again.

Stayed here for our Captains away weekend, Fri to Sunday, Rooms good, but toilets kept blocking up, staff very friendly , felt that you need more bar staff in the golf bar, as waiting 15-20 minutes every time you needed a drink is not acceptable. You have 50-60 golfers in the bar at one time. And having 1 lady serving, Friday, Saturday and Sunday drinks is not good, not good for your staff too. The course was OK, all courses have suffered through the summer being dry, Chris the starter was very good giving tips on the course and very efficient in keeping play on time, overall experience was probably a 7/10

Stayed here for a golf break with 7 friends. 3 nights, unlimited rounds of golf (subject to available tee times - but wasnt a problem getting an extra time) inclusive of bed, breakfast, and evening meal (of up to £32, drinks extra) 2 decent 18 hole golf courses (woods and lakes) nice pool sauna and steam room facilities. Hotel rooms were pretty good - with 2 double beds in each room. Good value overall, and served our needs for the duration of our stay. Only gripes would be the difficulty finding a working locker in the pool area and the poor accessibility facilities in the disabled rooms - which basically has 2 hand rails in the bathroom different to any other room - and still a need to step over a steep bath, rather than a walk in shower.

We stayed here for short break with our children thinking it would be a nice break away there was only one staff at the front desk to check us in which made us late for dinner. The Restaurants in the evening took over an hour to service our meal our children became restless. The spa was lovely I had a last minute treatment and I can't fault the term they are amazing thank you! Swimming pools was nice but some reason had sand in it? Some of the staff were rude at reception. Most of the the staff were happy to help and very friendly. At the hotel overall This hotel is great in you want to play golf or use the facilities as a member but not to stay as family for a break! We have paid more to go somewhere wouldn't come back again.
