Good free parking right outside. Lockers take card payment. Minimum 3 hours @ £2 which isn't great if you're on a one hour visit. Need coins for games arcade, there's no cashpoint there. Would be better if kids could take a bottle of water to leave at the side like Injoy allowed. The booking system doesn't show how many spaces are left for each time slot so it's difficult to try and avoid busy slots like kids parties etc. I guess if you don't go at midday there's less chance of a kid party crowding the place up. Overall it's good fun, it cost me £30 for one hour for myself and one child. There is a family ticket option I think.

Saturday 19th July, my son had his birthday party at flip out, the facilities are good and they enjoyed the trampolines and assault course etc, but I wouldn't book a birthday party there again, it's quite unorganised, we had to wait along time for the pizzas and then when they finally did come they brought the ice pops in too at the same time. So if you wanted the pizza first your ice pop would melt, then 30 minutes before we were due to finish, we hadn't even cut the cake the cleaner was coming in and leaving his cleaning stuff in the room. Quite rude really. Then the cleaner opened the door and let a little toddler out, he didn't even bat an eye as he ran off, leaving the mother to chase him frantically. All in all a bit disappointing.

Went with my autistic children after seeing the website which we were all excited for. However drinks everywhere inside the play space and activities inside are not as advertised which is very distresfull for autistic children. No foam pit and no twiling obstacle which is the two things my children were excited for. Apart from that costs are very high for what is a small soft play a trampoline and a inflatable assault course. Staff witnessed me look after my crying 11 year old boy and looked away. We lasted 30 minutes into our 2 hour booked time for two adults and two children.
