We enjoyed a truly lovely spa day at Norton Park Hotel. The setting is absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Yuli and Michelle, who explained everything clearly and provided us with towels and robes to get changed. Our treatments were carried out by Kelly and Olga and were simply excellent – both relaxing and highly professional. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and will most certainly return. Highly recommended.

This is our second time visiting, the first time was a long time ago in 2017. And since a lot has changed, the facilities are up to date, but the number of spa facilities have dropped. The rooms are good, the food is excellent and the location is really good if you trying to get away from the city. Not far from Winchester, which is a small cute town (if you like Asian food try Dim t) Would recommend.

A Gem in Sutton Scotney. As someone who lives in Suffolk and has to travel to our Winchester office, I can say with certainty that I'll be staying here every single time. This hotel is fantastic, with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff who make every stay a pleasure. The food is delicious, too. The mushroom and truffle ravioli was absolutely divine, and breakfast is always a treat. The spa is a wonderful added bonus and so relaxing. This place is a perfect home away from home, and I highly recommend it!

Gorgeous area. Fabulous service. I arrived at the same time as another, very loud and insistent guest, and the desk manager handled the situation with grace and ease. The property is enormous and the walking trails are just lovely. The bed linens were excellent and the room has everything we needed. I only marked it a 3 because the bathroom needs a bit of repair and attention to detail. In all, I would go again.

We stay regularly at this hotel and we mostly love it. There are occasions when the service could be better as they seem to struggle to cope during the busy times when the hotel is full. The staff are cheerful and helpful and they do their best. The Reception staff are excellent and really go the extra mile to help. I left an item of clothing and Charlotte went above and beyond to make sure it was returned to me. Special thanks to her!
