About Venue
Oldfield House is a large sleeps fifteen country house, just two minutes from the village pub and three from picturesque Chichester Harbour.
It is available for day use and overnights. If more bedrooms are required the cottage next door, Oldfield Cottage, is also available to rent.
The dining room seats sixteen while the patio seats eighteen.
The ground floor communal areas are suitable for work off-sites. The dining room, sitting room and conservatory are all interlinked.
They have two large dining tables with chairs and a soft seating area.
A Samsung SmartTV if available for presentations (via HDMI cable)
Large garden and patio (with BBQ) available for outdoor activities.

The village is usually very quiet at night, with the neighbours close by (including the owner next door). Therefore the property is not suitable for activities or events which may lead to noise at night, especially outdoors.
