Situated on Hayling Island, the Langstone Hotel is one of Portsmouth’s most popular wedding venues.
The Hampshire venue has three charming function rooms which are ideal for your wedding celebrations with up to 150 guests. The hotel is also licensed to hold civil ceremonies, allowing you and your guests to spend the whole day in one fantastic location.
The Spinnaker Suite, on the first floor, offers a wonderful space for your wedding reception with 130 guests. The unique suite boasts stunning views of Langstone Harbour and the South Downs. In the evening, the views of the sunset provide the most romantic atmosphere.
The Langstone Suite is a stylish function space. The ground-floor suite can accommodate up to 120 guests for a reception and 180 for a wedding buffet.
The unique venue offers stunning surroundings for your memorable wedding day and our exceptional staff will be on hand to help make it truly special. Drawing upon their wealth of experience, they will ensure that your whole day runs according to plan. To help further, we offer four exclusive wedding packages which include all you could need to put together the perfect day.

    We stayed for the weekend celebrating our anniversary, we were welcomed by very friendly staff, all our needs were met for our room, although hot a Dyson fan provided which was very good. The food was excellent at dinner and breakfast. Although 2 weddings on we didn't feel pushed out or neglected at all. Overall a lovely weekend which we'd definitely like to do again .

    Visited for a afternoon tea, staff were excellent, polite and attentive. We asked to change the sandwiches on our tea as we are not Salmon eaters and the lovely waitress dealt with it superbly. We enjoyed our sandwiches and cakes in lovely surroundings overlooking the water. Too much food for us but a takeaway box was supplied. Excellent!

    Celebrated our wedding anniversary and had a fantastic stay. Fabulous spacious and modern room with a very special touch of a bottle of fizz and muffins on our arrival, thank you. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great hot and cold selection and evening meal menu was great too. Super location and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks to all the staff.

    Went for our anniversary and everything was great at the beginning until we went to the restaurant. Pool is great warm and accessible. Room was dated but clean. Dinner was booked for 7.45pm, no one asked for an order or if we wanted drinks so after 25 mins I asked a staff member. Drink order came out wrong but I was asked if I'd accept it, obviously not. No starters appeared and we were sat there still at 8.50pm. I went and spoke to the manager who never apologised or checked in after. We were still eating after 9.20pm which was so late to digest. It's a shame because the food was lovely but it ruined our evening. Sadly we left after breakfast and never used our late check out. Would love some feedback.

    We stayed here in February, I booked it for the weekend to use the 'spa' facilities. When we arrived, we were really happy with the room but nobody had informed us the jacuzzi was out of action. When I went to the pool in the evening, I discovered the jacuzzi had been broken for months. I was really disappointed and explained this to the person on reception. They said they would pass the message on and I would hear back, the next day I still hadn't heard anything so I asked again. The new person on reception had no idea about my complaint. Eventually I was given the email address of a manager who would resolve the issue. Eventually I got a call from the manager to offer a spa day when the jacuzzi was back up and running. I agreed to this instead of a refund because I thought it was a nice gesture. 5 months later I still haven't heard anything about this even though I've emailed to ask again. Really disappointed in the customer service and communication. We will not be staying here again which is a shame because the location is lovely.
