Heathrow airport is only a few minutes away by free public transport or Hotel Hoppa bus, while free buses also connect the hotel to Hatton Cross Underground station in just 20 minutes. Central London can be reached in around 30 minutes by train or taxi, and the hotel has a 400 space private car park.

This hotel was great for spending an overnight layover. Elvis checked me in and he was the absolute best. He was friendly, efficient and made sure I knew all about the restaurants and the breakfast. The club sandwich was amazing, and the breakfast buffet was very impressive. Also it's on some nice bus routes and easily walkable to a convenience store, I would stay here again!

Lovely hotel, easy to find very close to Heathrow, large car park easy access to hotel. Pleasant check in, room is amazing we got the International Suite. Bathrooms bigger than most hotel rooms and has multi shower and a bath, lovely bedroom and separate seating room area, all the amenities you need. Visited the gym which is nice and clean and some very modern equipment. Nice meal in the Skyline Brasserie. Very pleasant staff all around All round

Excellent hotel with some reservations Liked · The staff were very pleasant and polite. The room was really nice and spacious with everything you needed for an overnight stay. We arrived about 8pm and went to find something to eat in the restaurant and bars. The price of the drinks should have told me that this place was not cheap. I did however ask for the food menu and was further staggered to find the price of food was astronomical. We did have something off the menu because we had eaten very little all day. I did not realise until i had paid the bill for the drinks that they add on a "Discretionary Service Charge" of 12.5%. It was not something I had come across before. I had not even been informed of the charge nor asked if i wanted it included. When it came to paying for my food i made a point of saying no discretionary service charge to be added. When checking in they ask for a £50 holding charge, for any items you may put on your room. It has now been 6 days since i stayed at the hotel and the £50 charge is still pending on my credit card. That is unacceptable. It should be removed as soon as I have checked out. Disliked · Food prices - far too expensive Discretionary Service Charge - not informed of this Holding charge of £50 - should be removed at check out.

What I liked was the gym, food and the kind waiter who served our dinner. The cleanliness of the hotel (it smelt badly in the hallways and elevators), room and other aspects of customer service was poor. Breakfast was £28 if not included. So if you didn’t include it in your booking, you are better off eating at the airport. I would look elsewhere for the next stop over.
