We didn't stay in the hotel ,but came as our car broke down in the neighborhood.Hotel looks nice and bar area is welcoming . I would like to send an appreciation review for Oana in the bar area, very friendly and professional.

Decent hotel with adequate rooms that are clean and tidy with enough facilities. I attended at a time where there was a large function taking place , there seemed to be a general lack of staffing as waits for check in, bar and food were excessive.

Did a overnight stay here, reception staff and bar staff were not the highest energy folk I've met. The place was clean but the rooms are a little tired (showers). Was very quiet. Bar was ok but outside patio was a live with wasps, which was not great. Plenty of parking and free for hotel guests.

I met a friend here for coffee. Firstly we had to pay to park but more importantly a service charge was added to our two hot drinks and we weren't even served at the table. The tea was just a bag in a cup. There was no brown sugar for coffee. We relocated to The Woodbine where we got a teapot and no service charge. Trouble here is you expect it to be paid by company expenses and you are taking advantage of that.
