Great location a short walk from the train station. Rooms have a good view of the city. Warm welcome in the intelligently laid out ground floor where reception, cafe, lounge and restaurant flow into each other. Well made Starbuck coffee from Afsanah, a friendly and helpful team member. Croissant was surprisingly good: surely better than Starbucks own.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. It is a great place to stay if you are going to the Harry Potter studios tour as the bus stop is a couple of steps away. The room was small but it had everything we needed for a short stay, it was really clean, the AC worked correctly, the bed was comfortable enough, the shower was refreshing and it included complimentary tea and coffee. The breakfast was very complete and tasty. The customer service was superb, they were extremely polite since we arrived and it is clear they always try their best for you to have a wonderful stay. We even forgot an item in our room, and we came back for it after checking out, and they did their best to return it for us.

Can’t recommend this place enough! It’s minutes away from the train station, rooms are spacious, there’s air con, comfortable bed, good breakfast times, quiet and I left an item behind in the room and they were absolute stars in getting it back to me. Such friendly helpful staff, had a great stay and then helping me afterwards was just the cherry on top!

This hotel is well located especially if you go there after having done the Harry Potter studios because the bus to get there is not far. The room is very classic, the quality of the TV image is not great (not even HD), the hygiene is correct, on the other hand I do not recommend the club sandwich which has no taste and considering the price, the ingredients could be better selected/worked. The price is very expensive for what it is. It is still enough to sleep a few nights, but I am not sure that it is worth 4 stars.
