Avoid this place. It is a nightmare to get your deposit back once your rental finishes. The branch managers are helpful when you speak to them but they have zero control regarding your account. I have a small deposit of about £590 and it has been more than 2 months of waiting for it to be paid back to me. My rental finished on 31 March and there have been lots of emails and calls, but no actual date for releasing my deposit. Out of frustration, I am considering taking this to a small claims court just to make a point. Regus is supposed to facilitate and support businesses, but when it comes to a small refund they are untrustworthy. As for the office itself, it was cold and the A/C was off most of the time. The toilet was out of service for months. Not a good value for money. Avoid.
