I’m incredibly grateful to the amazing team at Regus St Albans for helping me find the perfect space to set up my small podiatry practice. From the very beginning, Bailey, April, and Drew went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and welcoming. They supported me every step of the way — from helping me move in and arranging changes to the flooring, to introducing me to the local area and making sure I felt completely settled. Nothing was too much trouble, and their kindness and professionalism made such a difference during what could have been a stressful time. Signed up for virtual office services for two companies at this location since February 2025. In two months, not a single piece of mail has been forwarded or scanned — not one. Special mention to Bailey on reception, who has been consistently present throughout this ordeal — and consistently unbothered by it. We have raised this multiple times in writing and in person. No action was taken. There are better virtual offices at 25% of the price.
