Tring is a residential adult only health resort, and all guests onsite must be over the age of 16. The private meeting rooms at New Court are set within the grounds and offer a choice of business amenities and private parking facilities.The mansion house, spa, pool and fitness facilities can be reached within minutes from New Court, making it easy to combine business and pleasure. Located within the main mansion house are the elegant Crystal Room, Stanley Lief Room and Music Room which are ideal for business meetings, informal drinks and fine dining.

Really enjoyed our time at Champneys Tring. The whole place has a calm, laid-back vibe, and the staff made it even better. The food was spot on – healthy options but still full of flavour. Big thanks to Dijo, who went out of his way to help us – such a kind and professional guy. Rooms were clean, cosy, and perfect for relaxing. Would happily return!

Rooms is serious need of an upgrade old windows with gaps, no AC, bugs everywhere was quite shocking. However what the room lacks the spa and treatments do make up for it. Food was okay again for a package that includes 3 courses it was surprising that some meals didnt include a side and that was additional on top. Despite this the staff were really lovely and did their best.

One of the Worst Spa Experiences – Avoid at All Costs I had high expectations for Champneys Tring, but the reality was incredibly disappointing. The entire place feels tired, outdated, and in desperate need of a full refurbishment. From the moment we arrived, the staff were unwelcoming and rude – not what you expect from a supposed luxury spa. The venue itself is much smaller than advertised, with nowhere to truly relax. Every single lounger and relaxation bed was taken, and to make matters worse, some of the beds were broken. The relaxation room felt more like a cramped waiting room than a peaceful escape. The facilities were shocking. Toilets and showers were dirty, stained with limescale, and in many cases broken or poorly maintained. The robes provided were stained and frankly unhygienic. I expected so much more from a place that charges premium prices. To top it off, the buffet lunch was unappetizing and even had flies hovering over the food – completely unacceptable in any environment, let alone one claiming to offer a wellness experience. All in all, this was one of the worst spa visits I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of Champneys Tring – it’s not worth your time or money.
