More than 6 months’ notice: Deposit will be fully refunded. 3–6 months’ notice: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. 6 weeks–3 months’ notice: No deposit refund. 2–6 weeks’ notice (14–42 days): 90% of the total booking cost is charged; 10% refunded. Less than 2 weeks’ notice: No refund (100% charged).
